What general/GW colors would be recommended for painting Native American skin tones?

What sort of result are you looking for? Do you have photo reference that you want to match?

That article covers just about ever major ethnic group in the world. As per the article, the colors are given in Vallejo Model Color (GW or most other fantasy/sci-fi paint ranges do not have enough flesh colors).

No real photo reference yet because I don't have anything that super specific. It's going to be for a Circle Orboros army for Warmachine since a vast majority do theirs up in typical forest/jungle themes I thought I'd make use of the new crackle earth paint and do something more desertish. I'm thinkng roughly of the old cowboys and Indians movies of the Wild West and picking up some generic themes and colors from that and doing a skin tone other than typical white or black.
