You'll find me in the mind's eye

This is actually it, the last of the mohicans. That might be racist because...well....Magnus is........red
Taking everything we've learned.
[WS][BS][S][T][W][.I.][A][LD][...SV...]
[..6..][.6..][6][6][.6.][6][4.][.10][2+/4++]
Special Rules: Psychic Mastery 5, Primarch, Very Bulky, The Sorceror King, Sire of the Thousand Sons (in the style of "sire of" rules all the primarchs have)
Wargear: Crimson Scarab Armour, The Nepilim's Blow, Staff of Magnus, Book of Magnus
-Psychic Mastery 5: Magnus may pick any 5 powers from the BRB, excluding divination, and may cast up to 5 powers per turn. Magnus may only have 1 blessing active at any given time.
-The Sorceror King: Magnus is immune to Shadows in the warp, may not be turned into a herald, and rerolls all failed psychic tests.
-Sire of the Thousand Sons: Magnus confers a 4+ DTW, and a 4+ save against Perils of the Warp to all Thousand Sons psykers within 6 inches (judged on the individual model's distance)
=The Nephilim's Blow: A unique massive bolt pistol given to Magnus as a gift from Vulkan. S:7/ AP:3/ Assault 2/ pistol
=Staff of Magnus: A massive heqa staff Magnus always carries with him as a symbol of office. S: +1, AP:2, Melee, Rending, Two Handed
=Book of Magnus: A book containing all of Magnus' memoirs and innumerable rituals known only to the crimson king (which is also a sick hype band) The book is a one use item that may grant +2 mastery to a Thousand Sons Psyker (not Magnus) of the player's choosing. The effects last for 1 turn.
=Crimson Scarab Armour: This armor grants Magnus a 2+ armor save and a 4++invulnerable save.
***Hallowed Fulmination: Witchfire/ Cost:4/ S:10, AP:3/ Assault 8/ Target: Enemy unit within 24 inches that Magnus has line of sight to./ Magnus loses 1 mastery level, for the duration of the game, after every use of this power.
***Water to Acid: Witchfire?/ Cost:3/ Target: 1 body of water on the playing board/ Magnus turns the river/ pond into an acid river/pond with rules listed in the BRB (table when rolling to see what bodies of water are). Yes this is useless if the river is already acid.
Notes
-I don't know if the "acid" result when rolling on bodies of water is actually called "acid". But it should be obvious what result on the table I'm reffering to.
-The Nephilim were a race of mysterious giants mentioned only once in the bible, and then not even retouched upon in the dead sea scrolls.
-Fulmination is basically another word for lightning.
-Seriously go type in "21st Century Schizoid Man" by King Crimson. You won't be disappointed.
-^I'm not kidding.
-The Water to Acid psychic power is performed by Magnus multiple times throughout the HH. This is a clear reference to that.
-The Book of Magnus only serving as something to be gifted is of course another reference.

Considerable improvement over the first iteration. As for my feedback:

Regarding the limit to blessings placed on him, is that only one blessing cast by him, or only one blessing cast by any psyker?

I find it unusual that his staff seems more like a big axe or chopping weapon rather than a psyker's tool. I would swap Rending for Force.

Book of Magnus, honestly this item seems entirely useless. Apart from giving more warp charges, what does it accomplish?

Water to Acid makes sense, though I think the closest thing to acid is the Fireblood result (which makes the terrain dangerous). However, there may be an acid type of water in one of the apocalypse campaign books.

On a small, editing note, I think the whole part saying what Nephilim is and all that is superfluous. It distracts from the purpose here of dissecting the rules.

Is there a reason why he can't pick divination (other than balance?) Doesn't he foresee Horus treachery and try to warn the emperor? You might not want to let him pick his powers verbatim maybe give him all the telepathy powers (he is most famous for contacting the emperor from half a galaxy away) and 1 random from each other school (like fateweaver has).

I would let him cast multiple whichfires a turn if he wants (like Ahriman / MC) unless that is already covered by being a primarch. I agree He should definetly have force on his weapon.

So, are we Done here?
Does anyone have a problem with any weight, with the rules as they stand?

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

So I'm assuming there are no issues?
Cool, I've had a sick custom model lying around for a year, and play legion, so......
