I would personally like to see a Brachiosaurus of some sort. Maybe a lookout of some kind?

There's a limit to what people can carry model-wise and how it will fit on a table. And to build a 3foot square foam insulated container to protect your model, put it down gently, and have it die in round one to a cannon or a stone thrower that even looked at it, would be frustrating. Yeah, some thunder butt lizards are neat in theory, but they just don't make good models.
They got a cool carnisaur model. Updating the smaller razordons and salamanders I think would be nice. They look a bit old.

Well we have a Triceratops and a 'sort of' Tyranasaurus (sp?)
Id like to see a Mastadon, Pteradactyl and Sabretooth Tiger.
Yes theyd all die to a single cannon shot, but then they could be clipped together into some kind of giant robot and stamp on those cannons

Well, as they already have a tyrannosaur and a pterodactyl and a triceratops, I'd like to see an apatosaur (brontosaur really ) and a stegosaur.
And then to see them in a unit all together.

I think they've got quite a variety as-is. And none of them are overly iconic in terms of actual dinosaurs; they've all got something different and cool about them to make then decidedly fantasy-based.
A thunder lizard would function like a super-Stegadon.
Really, though, I think a plumed serpent of sorts should make an appearance. Some sort of flying monster with medium-level offensive and defensive capabilities, Poison, and some cool magic powers.

I'd like to see a Godzilla-style monster - a big, nasty, regenerating critter with fire breath. A real pinnacle predator on a 100x150 base. I don't care if it's 350 points. I don't care if it still dies to cannons. Let me field Godzilla, dangit!
That said, Razordon and Salamander kits (like the Killa Kan, put 3 in a box for 60 bucks, it's still cheaper than those antique, 30-bucks-a-pop monsters)

Pretty sure they've got the stegosaurus covered in, you know, the Stegadon? He's basically just a hybrid of two actual dinosaurs. Horns on his head, spikes on his tail, armour plates on his back, etc.
And Ogres have saber tusks. Let's let them keep 'em.
Here's a quick stab at two ideas that would actually bring something new to the table:
Thunder-lizard 400pts
WS3 BS-- S6 T6 I1 A5 W10 M5 Ld8
Cold Blooded, Large Target, Scaley Skin (3+), Shake the Earth, Stubborn, Terror
Shake the Earth: the Thunder-lizard's Thunderstomp inflicts 2D6 hits against infantry, 1D6 hit against cavalry, war beasts, and monstrous infantry, and 1 hit against monstrous infantry and other large targets.
In addition, units within 6" of one or more Thunder-lizards halve their movement and gain the Always Strikes Last special rule.
...and, I dunno. He's got 10 Skinks and two war machines on his back.
Plumed Serpent 275pts
WS5 BS-- S5 T5 I4 A5 W5 M8 Ld10
Avatar of Chotek, Cold Blooded, Fly, Large Target, Poisoned Attacks, Scaley Skin (4+), Terror
Avatar of Chotek: the Plumed Serpent is treated as a lvl2 Wizard that knows spells from either the Lore of Heavens or the Lore of Beasts. In addition, the Plumed Serpent has a 5+ Ward save.

The stegadon is a mix of at least four dinosaurs.
He's got a triceratops head, styracosaur frill, ankylosaur armour and the thagomizer of a stegosaur. I'd like to see a proper stegosaur.
And one of the large sauropods, like diplodocus.
I don't think they're covered at the moment

Kind of a dinosaur nerd, but a parasaurolophus with some sort of sonic attack or something like that would be cool. Maybe if there were some smaller dinosaurs that could be in a pack similar to Goblin Squig Herders, like Troodon. I'm not sure what kind of weapons it would have, but a pachycephalosaurus would just be plain awsome.

Why no Therazinosaurs?
Nobody wants two or three foot long claws on their plant eaters?
Slap some heavy armor on them, put a skink team on the back of it (maybe one with some reigns, and some buddies with blowguns to be obnoxiouis) and let it slice up the field like a vegetarian Wolverine.
Then give it feathers.
Stone dino statues done up in that lizard/ Aztec motif would be quite a sight. Maybe some more talented modeler than me can give it a shot, as I'd really like to see something like that.

I'd give him lore of fire. Or make him level 3, and a lord choice.

The stegosaurus is not an intimidating dinosaur, with his tiny head. Warhammer monsters have to be all-around scary, apparently.
I mean, Stegadons eat meat sometimes. What?
And the Plumed Serpent as a lord choice, like some sort of mini-greater Daemon? I could get behind that.

Jaguars. The Lizardmen are meant to be really into those so it would be nice to actually get a few in the army. A skink riding a big cat would be pretty metal, after all. Feathered Serpents would be nice. Should go well with the pre-conquistador south america theme. Oh, and a type of dragon. For a race of reptiles, they seem to be awfully short on giant, flying reptiles.

You mean...Grymloq, Kroq-Gar's carnosaur? ...not sure what you're trying to say.
Jaguars would be pretty cool, actually. A fast cavalry sort of thing. They'd be I4 Giant Wolves.
I don't think dragons want anything to do with the Lizardmen. Dragons are one of the few native sentient species of the Warhammer world, and their decline started when the Lizardmen and their bosses pulled the planet closer to the sun, etc.
