Howdy chaps and chapettes, I have just finished this Eldar Ulthwe army at Golem Painting Studio and thought I’d share it with you guys. I figured I’d start slow and build up to a massive crescendo…
Here is the first batch, Guardians and Dire Avengers
Enjoy and feel free to criticise away.

Nice work. Is it just the pictures, or are the crests on the Avengers a little monotone? Would either a dark wash or a light drybrush give them a little more definition?

Thanks for the comments guys, the plumage on the avengers does look a little flat in the photo - hopefully i can get some slightly better pics of them when I do the full army shot.
Anyways onwards and upwards (literally)
Hope you like them, I am not normally a fan of painting vehicles but these came out fairly well I think
Let me know what you think

These are exceptionally well done, i am prepared to write out a check right this instant for this army! LOL!
The gems are just exquisitely done, and we all know what a tedious laborious task these are to paint.
please, more-

Incredible work!
The attention to detail is outstanding! Every gem is painted (kudos), all while keeping with a uniform style execute with very smooth blending! This army is definitely showcase worthy.
My favourite units are the wraithguard, war walkers and the wraithknight with the blue gems!
The only small thing which I could see improved would be that the eyes on the guardian and dire avenger models seem to be flat red, which don't match the detail on the rest of the models. I would paint these up like a gem to finalize the models.

Fantastic work! I especially love how the melee-oriented guys have red gems, while the shooty guys have blue ones. It's a small detail, but it makes a huge difference.
Do you mind if I steal all of your talent? You don't? Awesome, thanks!

Very nice. I really like the blending of airbrush and traditional brushwork. The army fits the Ulthwe' theme very well and great work to make black work for the tabletop; a difficult color to ensure details don't get lost on a model.
