So what you do:
Attach Khan to the Squad with Plasma Guns, then deploy this squad in the center of the table as far up as allowed during deployment

One of each of the melta squads goes on a side of khan, so one left, one right.

the attack bikes goes one left one right also (combat squad them) otherwise, have em cruise around khan just in case of back up

And the devastators... Put them in the highest building on your side of the field, put your Sergeant at the front, so that even if they get shot at the searg goes not the missile.

So once all deployment is done (assuming you have first turn)
you scout! move all your bikes up 12 inches, so you basically redeploy! now your table is optimalized.
after redeployment just rush through everything you see to get to the target, because you ignore terrain tests with white scars also.
So, your first move, as stated before go up, shoot, assault, wait till next turn, after assault phase use hit and run, you get to shoot and assault again...
MAKE SURE THAT DURING YOUR ASSAULT YOU HAVE AS MANY MODELS IN BASE CONTACT AS POSSIBLE, YOU GET +1 Strength on your HoW.

Wave Serpents will devour this list, plus you have no way to score if an objective is off the ground. Say on the floor above in ruins. I would drop the bike squads down to 5. Drop the lightnings claws, and the attack bikes. Add grav guns on one of the bike sqauds for monsters and add some scouts in a land speeder storm with a heavy flamer. All the bike sqauds need a melta bomb.

You should consider grav-guns as they eat through marines and salvo on relentless platforms are made for eachother. Also, you should take off the extra bikers and make another unit of 5 bikes, which allows for more special weapons.

My computer beat me at chess, but I sure beat it at kick-boxing!

I would cut the squads down to 5 men. Why would you take plasma over grav when you're on s bike. It makes literally no sense. Put the attack bikes into the melta squads. I'd dump the Devs for something different. Perhaps 2 stalkers gaining you 8 S7 TL shots or 16 S7 Bs2 shots and helps you against the stuff you'll struggle against (Wave Serpents, Flyers particularly Helldrakes). The other option is the bike command squad with grav spam.
