Would a Crisis Commander with Iridium Armor (T5) attached to a two Crisis suit team get insta-killed by S10 only weapons or also S9 and S8 as majority toughness treats his T as 4 as long as he is attached to the squad and it doesnt consist of only one other suit?

GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

If the model is T 4 and has a Str 8+ wound allocated to him he will suffer ID if that wound gets past his Save (If he is allowed to take one at all).

It does not matter what the Toughness of the other models in the unit are.

This.

Majority Toughness only matters when rolling to wound a unit. Once a wound is allocated to a model in said unit, all values are based on the model itself.

He would suffer wounds as if he were toughness 4, but instant death is determined by the individual models toughness, not majority.

So in this case, he would be wounded easier than if he was on his own or with only 1 model, but he could not be insta killed by str8-9 weapons.
