Okay so here is my first attempt at making a 1000 pt Dualwing list.
Azrael 215
5 Deathwing Terminators:
Deathwing Terminator Sergeant (storm bolter; power sword);
4× storm bolter;
4× power fist;
thunder hammer and storm shield;
cyclone missile launcher. 250
5 Deathwing Terminators:
Deathwing Terminator Sergeant (storm bolter; power sword);
4× storm bolter;
3× power fist; chainfist;
assault cannon. 245
3 Ravenwing Bikers 80
3 Ravenwing Bikers 80
5 Devastator Space Marines:
Space Marine Sergeant (bolt pistol);
4× plasma cannon. 130
1,000 points
Basically the idea is to have Azrael sit back with the Plasma Cannons and hammer the most deserving target  . Have the bikes scout into range and hopefully don't get blown away before my turn. If by my turn at least 1 bike is intact have the terminators Deathwing Assault in and if the bikes are in good location and have lured out my opponents forces, take advantage of their teleport homers. Figure the Terminators can then just camp objectives and fire plasma cannons.
Any thoughts?

You've got 22 models. Even at 1K that is too few short of Draigowing. Azrael is a bit much for 1k. Honestly, at this point level I wouldn't try to have my bikes or terminators score. The tax is too high. Take a librarian as your HQ and have some
Scouts and tactical be your scoring platform. You can still take bikes and termies, but they'll be death dealers not ground holders.

I think you will get better mileage with a plasma cannon on the deathwing instead of an assault cannon. Then spend the spare points on another THSS or chainfist.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Okay shuffled around a few points but in the end was able to give my Libby the Foe Smiter! Points we'll spent or am I wasting it?

Not well spent.
You need rhinos for your tacticals.
I suggest dropping extra toys like foesmiter and chain fists and If necessary ML2 to accomplish that.
As a general rule? More boys, less toys.

^ this again, I am still against this, you have to use toys, (ofc, which ones to use, and which not is the hard part) A lot of people will use needless toys, or bad toyz, RHinos are good, you can grab rhinos by dropping the missile launcher and lascannon (seriously, don't use Heav weps on Tacs. they only fire snap shots or don't fire at all, specially in rhinos. These are "bad" toyz usually) Drop a DW term, a chain fist or 2 (if you have mutiple, drop all but 1) Automatically Appended Next Post: also, Shirke do NOT take this offensively or personally please bro!

Hey no offense taken Raiden. I did qualify my advice with, "Generally" more boys less toys. Of cource as the points go up he'll need PFGs and a dakka banner and black knights etc etc etc.
But especially at low points levels, less toys ;P

Thank you Shrike and Raiden for the help! You both make some really good points! I modified my list but I now have 19pts I am not sure what to do with... I should note that I am putting this list together to go up against Chaos Daemons... This will be my second game ever lol! I expect to lose badly but with your help at least I can go down fighting!

drop the flamers for plasma guns. (if its a friendly game, 1001 points won't be much of a bother) if its turny, take 1 plasma 1 flamer. (on the tacs I mean)
