So my girlfriend wanted me to choose an ornament to add to her family's Christmas tree this year. I looked at many different ones, but then the idea came to me. Why not 40k? So I scrounged around my extra bits and bodies and found a lone ork boy(Would've gone with a CSM, but imagine explaining that to an unsuspecting family lol). So I set to work and painted the boy as best I could. Now how would it work as an ornament? Well I found some very small eye hooks at Walmart(20 for 97 cents) and just screwed it into his shoulders. After that just grab some ornament hooks to attach to the eye hook and ta da!

This fun little trick should work for most races, I don't know about Elder/Dark Elder since they are slim. What do you guys think?

Looks great. I've set myself a goal next year to paint the Scibor dwarf steam pilot bauble.

For the Lion and Terra!

Because nothing in the galaxy is black and white, Mankind views the Space Marines as a last resort. The last line. When all else fails. They take up the burden. The noble defenders of Mankind. The last hope.

With finecast you can bypass the washing stage and throw them straight into the bin.

Or cut out the middleman and just flush some money down the toilet.

Nice. Personally I'd chop off the base. And maybe add a santa hat?

If I was going to do this myself, I'd go for a flying model such as a stormboy.

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and to hear the lamentations of the women.

A Santa hat would've been a nice addition, but this was kind of rushed so perhaps next year.

@clang My original though was to do some sort of jump infantry model(assault marine, sanguinary guard, storm boy, etc), but I didn't have any laying around and I've been trying not to buy more models. Lol
