I am converting a Venerable Dreadnought for chaos, anyone else done this and have soem tips? P.s. I did this out of hate for the Helbrute model? (It is really lame looking and it has no weapons besides the melta.)

What aspect of Chaos are you looking for?

An idea would be to look to the heresy-era styles. The first thing I would do is fill all the writing on the armour.
