Easy there on the information overload, son. When you write that much it's easy to get lost in the never-ending paragraphs and remember everything you told us about your and your opponent's armies.

4 baledrakes. done.

So as a CSM player I have done well with the fallowing list.
DP: w/ wings, power armour, lvl3, MoT, and BBoS.=325
Nurgle lord: w/ BM & combi melta=135
2 squads of 8 PM: 2*plasma guns, power fist, combi melta=514
1 squad CSM: lascannon, meltagun, lighting claw, combi melta=195
2 heldrakes: balefalmers=340
2 preds: twin link las, side las=280
1 vindi: w/ shield and combi bolter=135
2 rhinos:=70

Adds up to....=1994

So I have 6 pts to play with.

Counter with bikes of your own!

Armoured vehicles also help. Bring lots of Strength 10 weapons. Bring 3 Hammerheads with Railguns or 2 Chapter Masters and 3 Vindicators. You should also try fielding super heavies with D strength weapons. Heck, throw in a titan or two, I'd like to see bikes kill a titan. Also, Exterminatus.

So I might switch out a pred for another vindi, and I probably won't bring D weapons, it seems like to much of a hassle and sense most my games are 1999+1, it would leave me very vulnerable troops wise. (Does anyone know the coat on the KLoS?) I am considering buying another baledrake though.

Baledrakes. As a RW player there is nothing I am more afraid of than baledrakes.

I've played biker armies a few times, and high strength is a good way to go for obvious reasons. My best successes have come with Blood Angel Vindicators in pairs or trios, Adepta Sororitas with a Trio of Exorcists (and Celestine chopping through power armor). For my Grey Knights, psybolt ammo and plasma acolytes have had pretty good effects.

A good example of how GW goes about balancing things

The list seems pretty good, 2 baledrakes ndsome plasma coverage seems like a question of playstyle as you should be flattening at least 1 bike unit a turn

I do, but this particular army (keep in mind this guy has the advantage of years of experience on me) has two chapter masters, on bikes one with shield eternal, one with BB, so he is taking out most my guys on that first turn with OB.

Are you talking about the original list or the mod?

The first one, adding another drake puts you at risk of becoming tfg

If the orbital barrage is doing so many bad things to you, make sure he's using it correctly. Lots of scatter. Also, you could put some of your stuff in reserves to keep it alive.

As sad as it is to say, the baledrake really is made to kill bikers: wounds on 3+, ignores all their saves (unless you've got that DA thingy) and you can usually hit at least 3 models. The other option is flying DPs due to their mobility, charge at the biggest bike squad and cut them down in CC.

Maybe drop one predator, the lascannon & lightning claw from your CSM squad (melta gun+lascannon has zero synergy), and upgrade your nurgle lord to a flying prince?

Think I'll stay with the first list, swap the artifacts. Get the DP in close combat, and start swingin'. And I'll probably drop the BBoS altogether.

Variables would be swapping a pred for a vindi, and dropping the other for obilits.
