Seems very solid, great choice of chapter tactic all things considered. I only have a couple of real worries. Firstly, it's possible to bubblewrap a Reaver quite effectively at 1850 and if you can't drop into Melta range (might not even be able to get behind it if the space between it and the board edge is full of guys) you're going to really struggle against it. The thunderfire is good for this but just one is an easy turn one target for annihilation and will struggle to thin a horde of Zombies or similar. I suggest slightly reducing the size of each Sternguard squad and dropping one infantry squad so you can take another thunderfire and have more bubblewrap-clearing firepower. You're still a little vulnerable to an alphastrike but just hope you have good LOS blocking terrain, the titan can't really move if it's bubblewrapped.
The other thing you are somewhat weak to is Daemon lords, particulaly the tzeentchian one. WIth the exception of An'ggrath they don't have armour saves so Grav Guns do jack, and Aetaos'rau'keres (with a name like that you know he's one of Tzeentch's minions) has a rerollable 2++ with the Grimoire, is flying, mastery level 4, can reflect psychic powers and has crazy shooting and close combat power. There's not a great deal that can be done against him unfortunately without SD but if you can afford it somehow, grab a Quad Gun for the ADL to increase your chance to down him, and more importantly, Fateweaver and the Grimoire LoC. If you can kill them he will fall to mass firepower eventually.
