Water-Caste Negotiator

Hey guys this is my 1850 point army that I have reworked as to be able to deal with Super Heavy Vehicles and Gargantuan Creatures without including any of them myself.

Chapter Tactic: Forge World - Star Phantoms - get re-rolls of ones to reserves and can declare an army wide twin-link for one turn.

HQ - Varro Tigarius
HQ - CCS w/4x Meltaguns
HQ - Inquisitor w/Mastery Level + 3x Servo Skulls
HQ - Inquisitor w/Mastery Level + 3x Servo Skulls

Elites - 10x Sternguard Veterans w/Combi Grav Guns + Drop Pod
Elites - 10x Sternguard Veterans w/Combi Meltaguns + Drop Pod

Troops - 5x Tactical Marines w/Flamer + Drop Pod
Troops - 5x Tactical Marines w/Flamer + Drop Pod
Troops - 5x Tactical Marines w/Flamer + Drop Pod
Troops - Infantry Platoon w/PCS w/Autocannon + 3x Infantry Squads w/Autocannons

Fast Attack - Vendetta Gunship w/3x Lascannons

Heavy Support - Thunderfire Cannon w/Techmarine

Fortification : Aegis Defence Line

Basic Idea is that I gun for misfortune on my inquisitors otherwise take prescience. Tigarius goes for puppet master if any super heavy's inhabit the board. I then place either the inquisitors or Tigarius with the blob squad or in the Sternguard's Drop Pods depending on what powers they get. I can then unleash hell on the first or second turn as my combi weapons wreck any super heavy's grav for gargantuan creatures and melta for vehicles. The rest of the list is pretty self explanatory. Do you guys have any ways I could improve upon this list?

Wondering Why the Emperor Left

Seems very solid, great choice of chapter tactic all things considered. I only have a couple of real worries. Firstly, it's possible to bubblewrap a Reaver quite effectively at 1850 and if you can't drop into Melta range (might not even be able to get behind it if the space between it and the board edge is full of guys) you're going to really struggle against it. The thunderfire is good for this but just one is an easy turn one target for annihilation and will struggle to thin a horde of Zombies or similar. I suggest slightly reducing the size of each Sternguard squad and dropping one infantry squad so you can take another thunderfire and have more bubblewrap-clearing firepower. You're still a little vulnerable to an alphastrike but just hope you have good LOS blocking terrain, the titan can't really move if it's bubblewrapped.

The other thing you are somewhat weak to is Daemon lords, particulaly the tzeentchian one. WIth the exception of An'ggrath they don't have armour saves so Grav Guns do jack, and Aetaos'rau'keres (with a name like that you know he's one of Tzeentch's minions) has a rerollable 2++ with the Grimoire, is flying, mastery level 4, can reflect psychic powers and has crazy shooting and close combat power. There's not a great deal that can be done against him unfortunately without SD but if you can afford it somehow, grab a Quad Gun for the ADL to increase your chance to down him, and more importantly, Fateweaver and the Grimoire LoC. If you can kill them he will fall to mass firepower eventually.

Currently not in posession of any armies - I merely theorycraft and discuss background,
Waiting for HH Book 6 so I can start an Imperial Army army.
