Subject: Sternguard - A winning kill team?

Just play tested my sternguard kill team, and over the course of 3 games I've titivated a my team, let me know what you guys think and how it can be improved further?
Sergeant - fleshbane
multi melta vet - relentless
normal vet - ignores cover (Or maybe shrouded)
5 x normal vets
Iron hands chapter tactics.
Its 8 guys in total, and all but one has special issue ammo. Iron hands mean they all have 6+ feel no pain.
Thoughts?

So shrouded or ignores cover on the third vet with a normal weapon? Or a different specialty all together? Perhaps something different on the Sgt? But getting those kills on 2+ improves his upgrades!

The Sergeant is fine with Fleshbane. Ignores Cover isn't the best use as Dragonfire Rounds can already do that. Maybe give him rending or something like that?
I would also go with Imperial Fists over Iron Hands. The 6+ FNP is nice but isn't Bolter Drill nicer?

Bolter drill doesn't work with special ammo. Which is lame.

You can take two heavy or special weapons
Why not change one to perhaps a las cannon. with preferred enemy to help with hitting.

The issue is range seems key, and to take a second heavy weapon I need to drop a vet, and numbers also seem key. I wasnt sure on ignores cover, But it means I can give vengeance rounds ignores cover. and as the best armour save allowed in KT is 3+ I thought that would make a pretty formidable combo!
