Well once Dark Age is up, I'd be willing to throw it into my profile, I've got a starter set, but I've never played

You're joking, right?

http://www.waylandgames.co.uk/index.php

Dark Age is one of the few miniature brands WG doesn't sell. Same with Troll Trader, TW etc, DA is not available in the UK.

No, I wasn't joking, because to my knowledge 1) The 2nd edition of the rules are available via dark-age.com in pdf form, and 2) CMON does international shipping. So it's not that it's not available in the UK, it's just that they haven't figured out distribution to the UK (something that a quick look at their forums appears to be in motion. So, I did what anyone looking for a product did, I googled"UK retailers that stock Dark Age" and I got this:
http://www.valiantwargames.co.uk/index.php/wargames-miniatures/dark-age.html

It seems it is indeed available in the UK. You should check it out, like I said, the 2nd edition rules are available in pdf form on their website.

Edit: I see you've edited your response, but 'uncommon' doesn't mean not available in the UK, nor does it mean US exclusive.

If you're not interested in another Miniatures game, why does it matter if Dark Age is included in the Player Finder or not?
