I've been playing against Necrons quite a bit lately and I wanted to try a bit more back end fire power to knock out his quantum shielding on all his vehicles, then get my assault marines in close with the infernos pistols and take them out. The Storm Raven will drop the Fragnought into his troop ranges as a distraction while my AM move up the field. Then the Storm Raven can turn back to finish off his vehicles. I've typically been playing troop based lists and I seem to get cut down by his rapid fire and my tanks have been glanced to death by the gauss before I can get close. The priests can hang with the AM and hopefully increase surviablility.

At 1500 points you need a third Troops choice at least.
So up to you, 5 Scouts with snipers to camp at objective or another Assault Squad.

Speaking of which, they need better weapons. Seriously, take Meltaguns. 6" range isn't gonna do anything and the extra attack isn't worth it since it also costs you more. The Sarges may keep the pistols, but I still wouldn't bother with them.

Your Librarian needs a Jump Pack so he won't be left behind and your Priests need all the attacks they can get so get PW instead.

Your Heavy Support seems powerful but I think that Predator could be dropped if you want that third Troops choice.
Or Devs maybe? Hurricane bolters could also be taken off of the Raven.

I would drop the pred for another troop. Its just gonna give his las cannons a good target
