Get rid of the missile launchers on the centurions, more shots via the hurricane bolters will help against anything the grav cannon is less effective against (5+ or 6+ saves).

I would do that, as the point is a good one, but they're already modelled on unfortunately.
Though I would also say that I have dedicated units for performing certain actions. As the centurions are designed to squish AV and MC and the infantry to mop up more infantry.

Couple tweaks:
The small tactical squad (HB); don't you think for the points 5 scouts in a LSS would be better? You have more mobility than a DP and if you give them camo cloaks you've got the possibility of 2+ cover, unlike the marines. I say this because it seems as though they are most likely of your troops to be objective grabbing late. The LSS can zoom around and hide out of LOS. Once a DP comes in...that's where it is. You'd have options with scouts. And it's almost 30 points cheaper.
As for the Sternguard; I would not recommend splitting their combi-weapon types without having enough to combat squad. If you had 10 SG and still 6 combis, then 3 and 3 would be fine. One combat squad blows the transport, the other burns the contents. However, as it stands, you're going to come in, and then burn one set of 3, then ALL SIX sternies will be dead; 3 of which still having never fired a shot. Because make no mistake, they WILL be dead against pretty much anyone. That's their job. So I would just drop down to 5 guys with combi-melta in a pod. That's 205. They come in and pop a serpent and get you first blood then that's a fair trade.
How's your meta? Are you guys allowing each other to take these new data slates? If so, drop down to 2 Storm Talons and run your air force as the new Storm Wing. You can use the spare points on more scoring or to double your Sternguard and do the combat squad tactic I described.

Your centurions cost 280 pts, and they should have an omniscope for another 10 pts

Thanks for the feedback.
I don't think I have much requirement for split fire to be honest, I'd rather have another combi melta on the Stern.
@ Shrike - is 8 sternguard not enough to use that tactic?

Noob question: What do you expect the centurions to do that you could not do with relative points spent in a Devastator squad? I do not intend to sound bashy, just curious.

I know how you intended the question Grog
1: Grav cannons - 5 shots, kills heavy armour, look them up!
2: They are relentless.
3: Toughness 5
4: 2+ Armour save.
5. Two wounds.

Your Centurions are 280 points as equipped (split fire is very useful late game when there are stragglers to be finished off, MCs down to 1 wound etc and that ups the squad to just 290). Other than that I pretty much agree with everything The Shrike says. Listen to him.
Ironclads should always be taken in pairs or not at all and should always have the heavy flamer. I would be tempted to drop it and your SG down to 5 so you can get a second squad of Sternguard with combi-plasmas.
Also get your melta tac squads some combi meltas. Take those before you take the heavy weapon! I would even consider dropping them down to 5 men squads and dropping the HB squad to get another Sternguard squad. Thanks for the feedback.
I'll play around with the list and see if I can max out the stern squad.
