You take a couple of las rounds but you appear to be unharmed. The hellions however get shredded by the over enthusiastic fire and you land on one of the command tents heavily rolling down until you fick of the edge and land solidly on the tarmac, you feel several broken ribs crunch beneath you

I ignore them and walk back to my men. "We....... are not ......done yet" he aims his plasma pistol towards the hellions.

(You cant ignore broken Ribs noccy. Its just not possible)

You manage to stagger over to your men who support you. The heelions fly of looking thoughly bloodied. You have nothing that can chase them down however as they are far to fast. The Wyches' raiders swoop over head and soon they are amongst you and they are VERY hard to hit.

"i am not done yet." He takes a bypassing one by the hair. "You should have watched you step." He fires the plasma pistol into her face. "First rank bayonets. Second and third rank FIRE!"

The first ranks take their bayonets and rush forward then the second and third fire onto the wyches and then they engulf the wyches with fire killing both the wyches and the first rank.

The Wyches are far to quick to be taken so easily, your plasma shot goes wide and she pins your arm to the ground with a knife after kicking your legs out from under you

as your first rank charge the wyches dodge lithely out of the way and the second rank fires on the first, anaware that their real targets have fled, your first rank is shredded by friendly fire and the second is assaulted by the returning wyches and is quickly cut down

Methies sees the carnage thats taking place below the thunderhawk as it takes off for the sky. A Death corps regiment is getting hit by a attack group of Dark Eldar. "Pilot bring us behind those guardsmen, they need help." The pilot obeys and they land behind the guardsmen line. The thirty space marine run out and push up to the front line. The guardsmen all having faught next to marines before, didnt stop firing. The marines help the guardsmen out. Methies shouted "FOR THE LION."

(Noccy) The earpiece shatters as the wych snaps it between her fingers, "none of that gorgeous"

Next second shes screaming in glorious agony as a knife slides through her ribs. When the wych topples to the side you see an Astartes with his hand held out.

I first look at his heraldry."thank you." He takes out the knife in utter silence. And tries to stand up. "Call of the bombardment.

"Dont bother. Its the least I could do", Methies said. Noticing the corpsmen looking for heradlry he said "Dont bother with that either. We are renegades that serve the emporer only. We are not attacked but we are not bound under astartes codex. But we are the Emporers Fallen."

(noccy) Some more guardsmen come out of the back lines to help their friends get back to the barracks but its a worryingly small number, the DE ate right through the lot.

A couple of Marines come over and help you into the chimera despite your protests. "Well be overhead in the Thunderhawk, you should follow to our base. We have enough men there to let you stay until reinforcements arrive. The black templars and Dark Angels will be here in a few days, until then you should stay amongst sons of the Emperor

"As you said yourself you are one of the fallen you no longer are one of his sons and i dont which to stay with betrayers. I will return to my base. And if you dont like that then shoot me. Just shoot me. Repeat the act that you did on calliban."

One of the Marines slowly shakes his head.

"We wernt even on Caliban, our sins were many, but they were not on that ground.

you must understand Seargeant, we are more the sons of the emperor for our sins than anytime before hand. he exists still to protect all his children, even those who have fallen from the path of Riteousness. Then you will have to prove it to me without the excuse of saying that you saved us. From experience i have seen that corruption always is visible when the armour is removed. So if you want to make me believe you we will have a look at that.

The Marine raises his helmet off his head after warily looking around for any obvious threats. His face is a bit rugged and scarred but his grey hair and dark brown eyes pass a sense of humanity through him. He places the helmet back on. "If you need more proof i can get rid of my chest piece back at the base, but not here"

I understand but i make this promise to you. If i find any kind of corruption me and my men will fight till death comes to get us.

"If you can Prove were corrupted you wont have to Seargeant. But that isnt to your standards its to the Astartes. Ad their standards are different. So dont try to convince anyone, especially yourself, that we are corrupted. Because we know. And our apothecaries know, that our hearts, minds and bodies are pure."

You and your apothecary's can be convinced by that but i am not you said it yourself you are one of the fallen so why should i trust your word then?
