Like Haechi I love the bases but all I see are brown spirit hosts

I see like a dark brownish ghosts. Not bad, something different and gives me inspiration in trying to paint my ghosts a different colour other than the "green" LotR ghosts. Hmm, seems like it might be my camera then. Now that I look at another screen, it does indeed look brown. Here is a wip that I took with my phone a few days ago, this is more true to the actual colors.

A lot of really great stuff in here, now I'm scared to post my Fyreslayer stuff once I get painted because it won't be on par.

The brown makes them look like dirt devils, haha i dig it. Weird the camera made them look that way

Looks good as well. Hopefully lesson learned. Don't blame people that it's their problem when seeing something they see.

Easier on the lighting, smaller picture. Tossed it in spoiler, Baron. How does one make smaller pictures? Lol

You can resize images in pretty much every image editing program there is =) Paint, for instance.

Just make sure to save as PNG and not JPG!

WIP Korghos Khul:

Finished his Hound. Much better pics when the whole model is complete but will try to post pics as it goes. Also working on a Bloodreaver and a Wrathmonger. I just scored the whole Starter Box for cheap so will paint those up.

Here's my newly finished Knight-Venator. I wasn't interested at all in the Stormcast until I saw this mini.



Unfortunately something happened that made the image teeny tiny, so you can only get the gist. Now I'm building an entire Celestial Vindicators army. I'll throw up more pics as I can. I also have a Dark Elf Sorceress and a unit of Liberators painted that I haven't photographed yet.

With only limited paints, these guys made it to Fanatic this weekend.

I wish I had my paints rather than a few pots I picked up in Sweden but they made it to table top ready standard in time. And while I'm miles behind most of these painters...I was not the worst painted at the event

Bottle: Thanks! I was originally going to paint them as Sons of Mallus, with black armor and Purple shields/shoulder pads. I decided I didn't really want to paint black, so here we are! He's still in testing, though. (This level was only about 10 minutes of work).

I'm thinking of switching the trim on the shoulderpads and shield to gold. Any thoughts on that?

Wow this works really well! You should maybe try it on a couple of Blood Warriors and see how it comes out.

Finally got my Magmadroths done!
