Hi everyone! I'm pretty new here, so this probably isn't the best list. I don't think I did the formatting correctly, but I will fix that later.
Anyways, here is the list:
Spoiler:

HQ:
Chaos Lord (135):
Mark of Nurgle
Power Fist
Burning Brand of Skalathrax
TROOPS:
5 Plague Marines (197):
2 Plasmaguns
Rhino
Havoc Launcher (on the Rhino)
5 Plague Marines (197):
2 Plasmaguns
Rhino
Havoc Launcher (on the Rhino)
9 Chaos Space Marines (259):
Plasmagun
Combi-Melta
9 Marks of Nurgle
9 Close combat weapons
Power weapon (on champion)
Rhino
Havoc Launcher (on the Rhino)
10 Chaos Cultists (51):
Cultist Champion has an Autogun
HEAVY SUPPORT:
Defiler (220):
Havoc Launcher in place of Twin-Linked Heavy Flamer
Twin-Linked Lascannon in place of Reaper Autocannon
5 Havocs (115):
4 Have Autocannons instead of boltguns
FORTIFICATIONS:
Aegis Defense Line (100)
Quad Gun
FAST ATTACK:
3 Chaos Bikers (113)
2 Meltaguns
3 Marks of Nurgle
Combi-Melta on Biker Champion
3 Chaos Bikers (113)
2 Meltaguns
3 Marks of Nurgle
Combi-Melta on Biker Champion

The goal is basically to have the cultists sit on an objective then wait for the enemy to come to you while shooting at them. The bikers are there to go and try and take out a tank each using meltas. They won't survive, but they will probably make their points back. They might be able to tie up a melee squad for a while, as 2 wounds and toughness 5 should make things work pretty well. Everything else should be pretty self explanatory, although I haven't tested much yet and it may be really bad in kill points.

Thanks a ton for the help!

Also, sorry for all of my spelling and grammar mistakes, I am tired. :3

EDIT: Oh, I really am tired. I forgot to mention, it's for games without any fliers on both sides. That's just what the group I joined likes to do.

I would've written the list like this:

Chaos Lord-MoN, PF, brand
5 Plague Marines- 2 plasmaguns, rhino w/ havoc
5 Plague Marines- 2 plasmaguns, rhino w/ havoc
9 CSM- plasmagun, combi-melta, rhino w/ havoc
10 cultists- 1 autogun
Defiler- TL lascannon, havoc
5 havocs- autocannons
ADL- Quad gun
3 Bikers- MoN, meltas and combi-melta
3 Bikers- MoN, meltas and combi-melta

You don't need all the point values, "instead of"'s, or headers for each unit type. Abbreviations are also great.

If you want to kit out a lord with melee, the best way to go is taking both a lightning claw and a powerfist, not just one or the other. No reason for him to keep his boltgun since his shooting will be with the brand mostly.
consider taking squads of 7 plague marines instead of 5. Maybe you can find the points for those by dropping all of your havoc launchers. Rhinos usually only get to fire those once if at all, cardboard boxes they are.
Make sure you only use the cultists to hold objectives where no one will attack them. They cannot hold midfield objectives, just backfield ones. Put them behind the ADL on an objective.
Consider taking a different heavy support choice instead of the defiler. Hes so damn expensive. Take obliterators maybe?
bikers, excellent.
CSM, thats fine, just make sure the CSM champion's power weapon lets him take advantage of his I4. You'll see a lot of people take p. axes on PMs, but thats because they attack last anyway. I'd suggest a sword.
havocs, great
Good on you for not having heldrakes.

Its a fine list, just needs to trim some fat to put a few more points where they're most needed. Your Plague Marines are your meat and potatoes, and you need a few more of them.

I made some changes, and this is what the current list looks like.

(150) Chaos Lord: Mark of Nurgle, Power Fist, Lightning Claw, Burning Brand of Skalathrax
(233) 7 Plague Marines: 2 Plasmaguns, Rhino
(233) 7 Plague Marines: 2 Plasmaguns, Rhino
(240) 9 Chaos Space Marines: Plasmagun, Combi-Melta, 9 Marks of Nurgle, 8 Close combat weapons, Power weapon, Rhino
(51) 10 Chaos Cultists: 1 Autogun
(152) 2 Obliterators: MoN
(115) 5 Havocs: 4 Autocannons
(100) Aegis Defense Line: Quad Gun
(113) 3 Chaos Bikers: 2 Meltaguns, 3 Marks of Nurgle, Combi-Melta
(113) 3 Chaos Bikers: 2 Meltaguns, 3 Marks of Nurgle, Combi-Melta

At toughness 4, the obliterators are too squishy for me. They can take MoN for 6 points each, but I need to cut another 6 points out of something to make that work. Any suggestions on what to cut out?
Edit: Changed some things so Oblits can take MoN. Took out some melta bombs and 1 close combat weapon. I also added in an autogun in the cultist squad so I'm at exactly 1500, because it will definitely make a HUGE difference.
