Does anyone know what kits have big storm shields on? Im looking for one to give to my HQ and want it to be big and impressive to represent the shield eternal but don't want to use lysanders even though it is awesome.

The Terminator Assault Squad has a giant honking shield in it.

You may have to go looking at third party producers for shields. Apart from the assault terminators set, Forgeworld's siege squads, and a few characters, I can't really think of any other shields.
Chapterhouse Studios and Scibor Miniatures are both potential shield suppliers.

I use Tau crisis suit generators for power armor storm shields, and Tau shield drones for terminator armor storm shields. I like the simple technological round look.

The Forgeworld Terminator Weapons kit has a nice massive storm shield that's easy to adapt to power armour, and it's nice and blank to decorate as you will. The Deathwing Command box has some really nice shields, but they're locked to Terminator arms. If you want something a little fancier, kitbashing is the way to go. I'm planning to do something with Sanguinary Guard wings if the new BA book has any good reason to have a SS model.

Assault Squad, Space Wolves pack, Thunderwolf Cavalry, Command Squad, and Vanguard Veteran boxes all have somewhat smaller shields, but much bigger does look odd on power armour models.

One of the Masters of the Chapter has a big shield, not sure how easy it would be to work with. Also a bit much to buy the whole kit of characters to cannibalize the one shield.

I used a harlequin bike front as a storm shield, and reactions are mixed. About half the people who see it think it's amazing, and the other half think it's ridiculous. (You can see it in my gallery, with the terminators.)

Warhammer Fantasy has some GREAT shields to pick from. Alternatively, many of the Reaper bones figures have lovely shields, and any of them could be cut off and repurposed.

Draigo has a huge and ornate one.

Deathwing Terminator kits has several really cool ornate ones (note they have robed figure carrying sword(s) iconography on them, which may not be your thing).

You could shave down the front of a shield and make one out of card, then you can choose the size and can either glue stuff on or freehand it, its what i did for my termi-marshal

I used the shield from the dreadknight with the GK slaying the demon.

The Deathwing knights box has some nice sized ones.
