I have no idea whether they have the colours you are looking for but liquified sprays are available at Hobbycraft now, as are the humbrol and Tamiya sprays. I would count all of them as being good quality so worth a look at their respective brochures/sites.
There is also the Montana Gold/White ranges of paint; I've not used they but I seem to remember Panic telling me they were good.

The last way is the most labourous and that's to get a chart of RAL colours, find the shade you want then locate a range of paints. There's no guarantee of finding a standard colour to match that is made.
