So a friend got me a can of Tamiya Gunship Grey TS-48 spray. Works and looks marvelous. Being in turkey I have to use whatever is available to me, so when I was masking, it didn't turn out so hot(see below). So now I need to find an equivalent paint to the Tamiya that I can brush on and fix my mistakes. Any ideas?

I looked at the Dakka paint chart, found one that listed Tamiya on their chart, but cannot find an over lapping color to get me where I need to be. Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Spray something unimportant in the grey you want, and try all the mixes you can untill youve found it painting a bit of the mix onto the sprayed area and seeing how it looks when dry.

edit; Oh then write down the mix

Off the top of my head, maybe Vallejo Black Grey, p3 Great Coat Grey.

On a side, be a little more patient with your airbrushing, white needs to be built up in several layers, you will get a smoother coat, and no bleeding under your tape.
