I haven't seen the sprues yet, but I am wondering - how feasible would it be to magnatize this model to make either the Tervigon or the Tyrannofex?

Based on seeing the complete models I guess the odds are low, but I'm wondering if anyone has done this?

the birthing sac on the bottom would be the biggest pain, but I think it would be possible. aside from that it's just a matter of magnetizing the front limbs to swap out the weapon choices.

I've done it. No issues if you magnetise the hind legs to the base as well so you can access the sac.

Just need to green stuff 2 magnets either side of the sac to hold it together at the bottom as the top fits neatly to the torso.

:-)

I can post pics if you want..

For the birthing sac, I think two strong magnet along the lower join were enough to hold mine in place.

Yes, it is possible as the others have stated.

I did the birthing sack almost exactly as gunz did (nice job, by the way) and have to say its a very good idea to make it so the model comes off the base. I glued mine to the base, and its very challenging to get easy accesses to get the sack on and off due to the fit.

Best of luck!
