is this a good list?

Its an annoying list due to the flier spam and decent for capturing objectives late game.
However i would drop the Overlord and take Nemesor Zahndrekh as he is 5pts cheaper, has all the same equipment bar the Warsythe (take a Necron Lord for this with MSS) and gives lots of nice rules (Tank Hunters) to any of your units on the table, if he is on the battlefield.
I would also suggest you drop the Night Scythe with the 5 warriors in and take a blob of men or lots of Scarabs (can hide easier) as the Rulebook FAQ states you lose the game automatically if there is none of your units on the board at the end of player turn one.
So if you do keep them squads of 4 men and Immortals it leaves very little on the table and with 2000pts against you you could be wiped out before your fliers come on from reserve.

Yeah they are but that is only 6 models and against 2000pts it shouldn't be too hard to take them all down then they wont get a chance to get back up bar the Cryptek due to his ever-living and that's only a 5+.
Wraiths are always a good investment in squads of 4+ they can be a real headache especially with a D'Lord attached, however S8 and above weapons with outright kill them if you fail your 3++ save, either way there's still not a lot on the board so your opponent could wipe you out before your reserves come on.

well id hide them in cover and keep them from being seen that's the point of the cryptek so the deathmarks can get where they need to be
