I take it you're running double force orgs, since you have 4 fast attack choices and 5 elites.
I'd rather have a pair of carnifexes with double devourers than the gargoyles, and I'd drop 2 venomthorpes for 4 units of spore mine clusters. At 15 points a pop, I think they are worth having, just to make your opponent deal with them.

Why are you running 6x10 gants instead of 3x20 or 2x30? Units of 10 gants give up first blood/kill points way too fast.

You assume that your not in some soft of cover. The idea is to play the number games. Daemon FMC or screamer star.....nothing to worry about. Tau is just tau......eldar is the same. First blood is nit that important in GT level tournament. Most of the time it's a bonus point.

With Double FOC and 4 FMCs I don't get why they are not all Hive tyrants they really are massively better than the Crones or Harpies. The 3+ save is huge when nearly all AA is Ap4...
The other question is why aren't you picking something to be good at and focussing on that.
You have 4 FMCs up in their faces perhaps with Gargoyles in support then the rest of the army advances very slowly whilst only really the Exocrine contribute.
Have you considered going for more early game pressure units? Firstly an ADL is basically mandatory (or at least a bunker). Then perhaps Genestealers and Lictors as your early game pressure units with loads of FMCs for support. Something like this:

Lictors and stealers start up behind ADL getting great cover saves. 4 pinning checks at -2 LD turn 1 will cause havoc with his shooting. Tyrants should get 2+ cover with aid of Venomthropes. Hide the Crones the best you can (and paint them bright colours they are your shoot me distraction). Turn 1 you're on his lines turn 2 everything hits.
