Hey Dakka,

New to 40k, I've decided I want to build out my Inquisition force in the same fashion that the Inq28mm and Inqimunda crowd. Kitbashed. But the logistics for a guy without a vast box of bits is bewildering, I can't really afford to go out and buy 3 x boxed sets to start my conversion madness. Any recommendations?

Those are some of my favorite places to find interesting bits for conversions.

Buy the full kits use what you need then offset the cost by ebaying the remainder of the sprue/unit.
Also add a list of the bits you need in the dakka swapshop.
Only problem is postage on small items means that you'll want the swapper to have a few of the items on the list to make it viable.

Great idea!

Or just go to ebay and buy the bits directly.

Or buy bitz by the gallon from people selling their leftover bitz in one big pile.

You can also try to swap with the guys at your FLGS. No postage that way.

Thanks for the recommendations gents. But bear in mind I'm new to the hobby I don't have anything to swap at this stage.

See if anyone at your LGS has bits for trade or purchase.
