PS in the begining of the post i noticed the part with the death company, it is legit to have a death company unit up to 30 strong, however dual thunderhammers is quite impossible and breaks the rules and the rules for this post, however you can have a unit of 30 with hammers and standard bolters and not be over 1500 pts.

Dual thunder hammers are perfectly legal, its jsut technically two power fists with bonus rules, and you can have two power fists.

Death company can exchange their bolt pistol and/or boltgun for a thunder hammer, so they can have two.

And you're right. Twin THs is illegal due to the fact that they are two handed weapons. Maybe it would be plausible for a Techmarine, or a libby who's increasing his own strength.
