So we are doing an city fight progressive where we add 750 points a month for 3 months. Here is my month 1 list for feedback. Remember that In city fight terrain blocks line of sight, its not true line as the current rules are. Also templates work a little different.

I think it's a solid list. Everything's mobile, and even though I've never played Cityfight, that seems like that could come in handy.

The one thing I am unsure about is the speeder loadouts.

Normally having 2 weapons aimed at doing one job is better than 2 doing different things. You already have plenty anti infantry firepower in your list. Maybe try 2 MMs on each.

First, if you're playing Cities of Death, I applaud you.

Second, if the table is going to be packed heavy with ruins like a city, jump troops are the key to winning.

Don't you think the jump troops will suffer with the 6th Ed movement rules? Dangerous terrain and all. Plus roll 3 dice subtract 1?

I like the 2 m&m idea. I was just thinking the heavy flamer would rock with everyone in cover and my list needs anti tank.

Maybe get a 2+ save on the Librarian, so it can try to tank some AP 3 shots

I wouldn't underestimate the MM/HF. I've used them before and they're worked for me. When you run em separate, you can MM the hard shell, and flame the soft insides.

Cityfight likes Flamers. I would make a couple of the Tac squads have flamers for routing out enemy units. WW is not that good cityfight thanks to only hitting the top levels.

Jump Troops do have to take dangerous terrain tests, but you do get a 3+ save against it. Jump Troops who do not use their jump packs to move can use them to assault, gaining Hammer of Wrath, and allowing you to re-roll your charge distance.
