Anyone got a smile inducing meaning of GW, FW or any of the other popular ones?
I'm not so good at this but my wife's pretty good usually and says you need a Good Wallet to mess in our world!

I am not sure about re-applying acronyms but our little hobby group has a couple go to thinks.
Dark Angels -> Dork Angels. Mostly because I play them. I also call them Watermelon Marines.
"to Boromir" is when you pick off someone's IC while it's not connected to a squad for some reason. Catching an IC alone, watching him take loads of "arrows." Good times. Rarely happens though.
Chaos Spawn = Blubblublbuulbulublubbublublub! A friend of mine literally built a Chaos Spawn out of a rock that he glued a bunch of spare spawn parts onto, and then glued like 15 googly eyes to it. We tend to make Zoidberg noises around him.

SoB is a rather unfortunate one. I'm sure I don't need to explain why.
The new one, AS, is a bit better in that regard. Unless somebody tries to abbreviate "Adepta Sororitas Squad".

I have twin linked ass cannons on my Contemptor. I'm totally going to call him a kontemptor now. Kont means ass here.

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.

Heh. I advise you not to use that word in front of an anglophone. They might think you are saying a word that sounds a bit similar in English

Pronouncing "GW" in Polish results in something that sounds similar to our word for gak. Coincidence?

Of course, it does take one to have a certain level of bitterness to find those actually funny and not just sadly amusing.

I can't help it when my friends talk about how full of OP-ness an army /codex is. This always gets me laughing because it sounds like they are saying ''Oh Penis'' and they simply don't notice.
There is so much ''Oh Penis'' in your army i don't want to face it!
