Ultramarines for sure. I've only seen 1 pre-heresy Smurf army. I've seen multiples of every other.

I think it's probably one of the loyalists. I can't think of many pre heresy Dark Angels, Blood Angels or White Scars armies I've seen.

About the only pre-heresy legions I've seen painted are guys that didn't change their schema at all, like Salamanders, Iron Hands, Imperial Fists, etc. Dark Angels, haven't seen many at all. Same with White Scars. Probably owes to the fact they didn't see much action in the Horus Heresy proper fighting the traitors.

I thought the Dark Angels changed from black to green after the Heresy?

The II and XI legions, by a long shot.
They would qualify as preheresy, though the current round of fluff and stuff seems to indicate they were lost well beforehand.

The events of Caliban's destruction happen shortly after the Heresy. Lion El'Johnson was too busy conquering the galaxy to realize war broke out on Terra. They and the White Scars were the last to join the fighting of the Heresy, basically as a mop-up crew, at least to the best of my understanding.
It was his return from all that fighting when Luther started a rebellious faction on Caliban itself and fired on Dark Angels fleet returning. Factions on Caliban that were against Luther changed their armor from black to green to represent their alignment with the planet. The precedence for that is the Calabanese Dark Angels members wore dark green shoulderpads while the Terran-born ones were just all black.
It's another thing that suggests maybe Cypher is secretly maybe a good guy all along.

This was only written in with the Cypher Dataslate as a way to patch up the studios blunder of painting Cypher's armour green for many years.
