Not really, no. They don't really say "Religious nutjobs with swords" to me.

They look more like IG than they do Sisters. The cast-quality also makes them look like they came out of a bubblegum machine.

Female Guards Batalion.
Is there anything in the fluff whether there is such a thing at all? Artwork is male exclusive...

Xenan Free Legions are entirely female, just to name one.
Just because the artwork (and it isn't, actually) is male-dominant does not mean the IG is. Certain Regiments, sure. In the balance across the entire Imperium? 50/50 split, some units are co-ed, some are all-male or all-female.
The artwork of Only War depicts a lot of female Guardsmen from a bunch of different Regiments.

As in, "Would I let you field them as a SOB army?" Sure, to each their own.
If you're asking if I would find them suitable to build my own army around, nope. I'd only play SOB for the aesthetic and they don't suit my tastes.

Raging Heroes is going to do a Kickstarter later this year (or early next year) for a 'not Sisters' army. They have chronic lateness problems, but their miniatures are absolutely gorgeous. (And unless my calculations are off, even at their boutique prices, you'd STILL pay less than with GW.)
In any event, that's when I'll be buying into a Sisters army. You might find some good stuff there, too!

Or you could just use the official models, helping us run GW out of metal stock so they actually give us our plastics...
That said, these guys are also in production;

Or you could do what some other Sisters players have done and built them out of modified Dark Eldar with Space Marine parts, which can look pretty good;
