Seeing that a 10 man squad of nob bikers/pain boy and warboss on a bike can reach upwards of 1000 pnts.

Should you field a full strength squad of biker nobs? What's a minimum or adequate size of bikers I should field?

Should I use PK's on all of them? What should I kit them with?

I can see no situation outside of an Apocalypse game when you would ever need a full squad of Nob Bikers, much less kitted out with PK's on all of them.

The optimal number for Nob Bikers typically goes around 6-7. This is so you have enough bodies to take the hits in the front (alongside the Biker Boss that normally goes with them) for the Painboy and the Nob with the WAAAGH! Banner.

In terms of wargear 1-2 PK's are all you'll need on an already expensive unit, anything more is overkill. Cybork Bodies are mandatory as well as the WAAAGH! Banner for the crucial WS5 and you can honestly leave the rest of the biker nobz either barebones w/choppa+slugga or give a few big choppas if you have some points left over.

I have 7 w/ pain boy, and a boss making 8 total I have boss with pk and 1nob with pk, 2 nobs have heavy choppas. Works great!

I'd generally say anything over 500 points in a single unit is never going to justify it's cost. Especially not if it's a close-combat unit.

Really, biker nobs mostly exist as a way of giving a biker warboss some ablative wounds and Feel No Pain. The warboss will kill pretty much anything you throw him against, so focus on making the rest of the unit as survivable as you can.

If you have more than about 3-4 nobs actually making it into combat, you are probably going to wipe out most units in one round, leaving you facing return fire in the enemy turn, so don't aim to actually hit the enemy line with much more than that. Exactly how many extra guys you need to bring depends on how much incoming fire you expect to take, but few armies are going to be killing more than a couple of nob bikers a turn unless they really concentrate on them.

If you want to spend 800+ points on biker nobs, it would probably be better to take two units.
