You can make your own regiment or buy some premade ones

SHE made them. Victoria Lamb did them. Several GD winning Victoria Lamb. Victoria miniatures is her site.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

This was my first project from victoria miniatures and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the resin parts, beats finecast :p

I prefer that resin to metal as well. I wish all models where made of resin.

Beautiful paintjob on beautiful minis. Have to love vics stuff and I'm very happy she's moving over to resin. Pretty sure she's phasing out the metal stuff slowly and moving it all to resin, but don't quote me on that. Also I think it's a fairly slow process.

Oh I agree, so amazing!

And yea I think so too, one race at a time it seems to be happening. Also he metal stuff is all on sale (when i last looked). Im jealious because I got the Victorian Guard a mere week before they came out in resin! But its ok im sure the detail is similar,

Did you notice that the new resin kits have heavy weapons and so forth in them now?

I know they have extra bits which is rare for resin but hadn't seen the heavy weapons, nice! 13 heads for 10 models, spare arms and so on. Gotta love vic for that. Also a 15% discount for a large order iirc.

Once the female Arcadians (lol) are out, I'll definitely place an order worthy of the 15% discount ; p

The early british empire didnt use women in combat so I get lots of beards instead. But im sure those soldiers will be popular once they hit. They might feature actualy heavy weapons teams too I heard. So they get more money from me lol

As to resin, I think initially resin is more expensive but its cheaper to produce in the long run and thats why we now get more bits, but thats a theory not fact. Because yea it did strike me as interesting.

In NZ her models are cheaper than guard too which helps, along with free shipping.

[OT] Only if you don't import from the US, such as from Discount Games Store which I hope you do, rather than encouraging the price gouging policies of GW. PM me if you want more info on that ; p

Because of the alternate means of getting GW, such as 30% discounted US RRP battle boxes, which bring for example SM tacitcal squads down to ~$23 per 10, they work out much cheaper than the $50 for 10 vic troops which I do find at the extreme end of what I'm willing to consider. I know the cost is justified - high quality, lowish demand resin... but the price still hurts hehe. With no competing minis out atm, it's a price I'll be willing to pay, especially discounted down to $42.50 when buying bulk.

Ill PM you, but I certainly dont encourage GW!

Anyways Ill PM you on that.
