Aloha,
I am in the process of buying and building a Vanilla Marine army for a tournament. And have whittled my choices down to 2 armies. Iron Hands and White Scars, obviously.
The Iron Hands is effectively 2 units of 5 Marines in HB Razorbacks, TFC, Vindi and Hunter with MoF as HQ.
Whit Scars is Khan, Command Squad with Gravs, 3 Squads of 5 with 2 Gravs, 2 Melta and 2 Flamer. 2 Attack Bikes with MM.
I like both lists alot, semi fluffy and semi competetive. I just cannot make up my mind which i want more.
Im not asking you to convince me, but, which would you rather have, or rather, which would you like to face least, or something. Just advice please

I just recently made this same choice. I ended up going with the bike list, because I like speed and it is different play from my other two armies ( Crons, Nids)

3000pts: Hive Fleet Empusa
- 3000pts Rampagers |

I would go with your Scars list over your Iron Hands one. If your not bringing centurions, a land-raider and/or Ironclad with Iron Hands I think the best use of their chapter tactic is being wasted. A 6+ FNP is meh and the armor 11-12 vehicles are just rubbish right now as they go down way to quick. That being said, there's nothing wrong with scars in rhino's/razorbacks either.

Khan gives units with dedicated transports the scout rule, not just bikes. Link to a couple simular posts/lists that are fun to play also.

Wow, general idea is White Scars then  Thats awesome haha.
I like the idea of a full Bike army, have you guys used them, how have they gone? Do they work?

I have played against them. They are potent, but fragile. A biker i still a 1 W model with 3+ save. S7 in particular is bad for them, since it turns them into regular marines in terms of durability. S6 is not nice either.
