DAM that is good. Fury + feat equals stormblades auto hitting on PS 18+4d6 average of 32 damage. Also like that he has some abilities/spells to help him manage jacks. Totally getting this guy if spoiler is accurate.

Another nail in the coffin of relying on high def to get you by. The stock of my e-irusk list just went up though. Psorcha too.
He's good. Very, very good. Not broken though. He's solid and brings great things to his faction. But he heeds the charge. Stop that, and you've buggered things up nicely. And 15/16 large base doesn't scream 'unkillable' to me.
He won't like purification.
He won't like control/denial feats.
He will like squires (14" control), journeyman (arcane shield) and ol rowdy ( def buff).

Is there a unit other then stormnouns in cygnar that wants to be in melee and has a shoting attack ?
He can boost a stormclad realy far. move+charge+2"from escort+2"from reach all with 2+1 focus from arlan with +3 melee dmg or with all attacks boosted , if he is hiting something high def.

Arlan can't give focus to a jack that already has focus allocated to it.
Boomhowlers and Nyss hunters with Murdoch don't mind being in melee and have ranged attacks.

He's good, he'll see tournament time, but he's not broken and he has some real limitations. Basically, I think PP have done a fantastic job with him, can't wait to play against him.
He's going to demolish stuff on feat turn, he can get the job done very well himself (he's POW 17 with Fury) when needed, he makes stormlances amazing, and he'll power a couple of jacks extremely well. Downsides are that he's going to be very focus strapped - anything that removes upkeeps will mess him up pretty badly, hotswapping spells is problematic, he's very reliant on charges for his feat (so many things mess with that, from clouds, polarity shield, debuffs...), and while he can get a bunch of cool things/combos and people will talk about them, fitting them into lists is going to be harder than it sounds (Stormwall and Stormlances? Lol, 31 points instantly).
He's really cool, but balanced just right, in my estimation, as a Top shelf caster.

I have done some brainstorming and I believe I have found an oddball list that should work very well with pony Stryker.
Points: 50/50

Press Gangers (Leader and 9 Grunts) (6pts)
* Captain Jonas Murdoch (2pts)
Stormblade Infantry (Leader and 5 Grunts) (5pts)
Trencher Commandos (Leader and 5 Grunts) (6pts)
* 3 Trencher Commandos Scattergunner (3pts)
Doc Killingsworth (2pts)
First Mate Hawk (2pts)
Rhupert Carvolo, Piper of Ord (2pts)
Stormsmith Stormcaller (1pts)
The press gangers get a ton of support including fury, go to ground, 4+ tough, and inspiration. Rhupert can give the PGs -or any of the units- pathfinder (or hand out fearless to the commandos). They will have autohitting pow 14 charges with 5 damage dice on the charge with the feat up. That should be enough to wreck buffed colossals. Doc and Hawk obviously stay in range to buff them. Shanghai to remove models from play is becoming more and more important as revive mechanics keep getting stronger and stronger (looking at you epic goat).
The commandos are interesting choices with pony Stryker since a charge is instant death for anything with one wound. They also bring sprays and grenades for heavy infantry spam like Terminus. Stealth is also an oddity in the faction that I don't expect many anti-cygnar lists to have an answer for.
Stormblades are there to accumulate for the stormclads and to be a strong second wave. At their high mat and power, they can thrive after the feat turn, especially if fury moves over to them. Rhupert should be free to give them pathfinder by this point.
I'm torn on whether Rhupert's fearless plus the stormsmith or Runewood's revelie would be better here. They both serve as strong pathfinder options but which of their secondary buffs will be the most useful?
The stormclads are outstanding jacks in general and can either be bullets or a high arm anchor. The efficiency of two with a single unit of stormblades is not to be taken lightly.
The sentinel is a shield guard that can stick around in the back with Stryker and keep escort active. I suppose it would be a fair counter to flanking units, but hitting things is always a problem with it's 10/10 pea-shooter.
The squire seems as crucial with pony Stryker as any other caster. Focus aside, allowing him two more inches of safety while feating is a big deal.

Having seen the list now, no they didn't. PP Staff brought him and were playing games, which is where the card images come from.
So they're the official cards, just from the company, not from someone buying it.
Interestingly, the staffer who had Stryker3 was seen running 2 units of Stormlances( FA:1) with him, so if anyone caught the whole list, it looks like we have a peek/spoiler at the Tier for him, too.
