So i was wondering if their would ever be any new Aspect warriors? And if so any suggestions to what we are missing as eldar.
I believe we are missing a fast ap2 cc unit, and a Flammer aspect(fire dragons could do this if it wasn't only exarch option), (AA ground to air.)

Was wondering if these where good, and i think The squads epecialist should get the ws/bs of their type. CC squads should go up 1 ws, shooty should go up 1 bs, guardians should go down in the area they suck at- ws3 bs 4, storm bs3 ws 4.
Pheonix lords, 5++ save, asurman 3++ 2++ with special shield grace power. And 3 abilities
Rule 1 Pheonix reborn, if a pheonix lord dies or is removed place a token. If an exarch of the same shrine ends any phase on or within 1 " of this token the lord is revived and replaces the . . exarch with D3 wounds.
Rule 2- All pheonix lord have Etheral Eternal warrior- They are immune to any form of remove from play (including D weapons, Distortion, Soul razor...)
Rule 3- The pheonix lords make their aspects scoring(but do not switch slots.) In addition ( dire avengers Exarches become free upgrades)
And finally Any ideas for new Pheonix lords, like adding +1ws/bs to all lords.
Any new pheonix lords/shrines that should be added.
Are the rules above accurate? Because currently the Pl don't justify their cost. Most should be atleast 30 pts lower if that, and some(mugan rha) are confused.
Im not 100% on the fluff but what about some kind of aspect that utilizes psykik powers and are all geared for combat?
But the more aspecty fluff would be they train for decades or whatever to meld their minds as one psykic weapon on the battlefeild. Give them buffs (only for their unit) and killing powers to roll.
I like your idea, they would have to have the brother hood of psykers power, and fluff wise they would be psykers who started on the path of the warrior and are allowing the 2 to become one.... So deviant, So evil,... I love it.

I was thinking something along the lines of the imperial battle psyker squad but more elite and average at comabt relying on buffs. I may write some rules when i get home for it...
I like the main ideas but I don't think you should change the stats of the aspect warriors, all the aspect warriors are supposed to have the same stats since they are all equally trained but separate wargear and special rules to suit their combat style.
Why should the revenant hunters simply be better versions of banshees, none of the aspects should be better and they definatly shouldn't have both survivability and speed.
For 30 points you get 3 attacks I6 S4 AP2 with jump packs, stealth, invulverable save, 3+ armour save, old edition fleet, hit and run and fearless. And potential furious charge, infiltrate and a fleshbane AP2 weapon at initiative. OP much?
The interceptors on the other look quite decent compared to dark reapers and I could consider using them.
Finally the PLs, you definatly shouldn't give Asurmen a 2++ but rather drop their points a little maybe 20 per guy. The other rules are quite good and i realy like the regen rule.

I also agree all aspects should have the same stats base, anything extra should be granted by Wargear (such as +1 strength from scorpion chainsword). I think your first unit, the revenants, steps on to many toes. + 1 strength like scorpions, AP like Banshees and fast and tough like Spears. I would agree with a flamer unit thought, so I would prefer if your fast unit was a fast unit with all flamers (Maybe strength 3 AP 4 instead of strength 4 AP 5) and call them something like Blazing Drakes. If you want to keep them as they are point them based off of Incubi who are 22pts each and have similar stats + weapons. Assuming + 1 WS = 5++ then adding jump packs, grenades, fearless, stealth, hit'n'run, fear, speed and access to a pistol you are looking at around 35pts per model. This won't work well, just look at Vanguard. I don't mind your second idea, they are suitably deadly yet made of wet paper.
A while ago I worked on bringing ALL of the Phoenix Lords (Including Drazhar and a home brewed WS, SS and CH Phoenix Lords) and tried to balance them well, maybe you could look at that for some ideas. I'll put the link at the bottom. This was the basic stat line I worked off for each Phoenix Lord, I thought it worked because it didn't made them OP, just flavourful, as Eldar should be.

*SoulFire: All Phoenix Lords burn with an inner fire and when viewed with warp sight they appear as shining entities of pure SoulFire. Each Phoenix Armour is akin to a miniture infinity circuit, each housing thousands of Eldar souls, creating a deep well of psykic power to call upon when needed so that even to a Lord not skilled in the arts of the Seer can deflect crippling psykic blows.
Grants Adamantium Will USR. When a Deny the Witch attempt is successful any enemy psykers, daemons (As defined in the Grey knight Faq) or Eldar within 12'' must make a Blind Test as if they where hit with a blind causing weapon.
I read all of the thread, and i must say it seems over costed.
A comparisom was made on another form of draigo vs Karandras which was close and nice but draigo hasn't been calibrated for 6th edition and been penalized for an ap3 weapon. If he had his ap 2 weapon or an ap2 eternal warrior Karandras would have died.
Also Karandras has very little utility compared to drago- he makes paladins scoring, and gets D3 tactical abilities. And can survive to ap1/2 fire way better.
And they cost almost the same amount.
Your changes don't empower them enought for their massive points cost.

We actually did get a new Aspect Warrior this codex, in Crimson Hunters.
As for Phoenix Lords, I think it'd be cool if every last aspect had one, or if there was an official rules template for designing your own. Fluff-wise I really like Warp Spiders, and a Phoenix Lord spider would be pretty boss.
I'm a little worried about the assumption that everything needs to be an Aspect; we've already got an AP2 close combat unit in Wraithblades (though I'd support bringing back AP2 Laser Lances), a flamer squad in Wraithguard (though I'd support starting Fire Dragons off with flamers and allowing them to purchase meltaguns), and a psychic combat squad in Warlock bodyguards (this one doesn't belong in Aspects, the Witch Path and the Path of the Warrior are pretty distinct).
As far as additional Phoenix Lords the Shining Spears guy would probably have a special S10 laser lance and some sort of Vector Strike thing allowing his unit to hit something they Turbo-Boost over at reduced Strength; Apocalypse Reload had a formation entitled The Shard of the Void Weaver that permitted a group of Warp Spiders to be removed from the table and immediately Deep Strike back on and a special shooting attack that hit everyone under a Large Blast template with a S6/- hit for every Warp Spider unit within 12", the remove/Deep Strike trick and an Assault 1 Large Blast at S6/AP- seems like the sort of thing you'd give their Phoenix Lord.
Also it seems like allowing the Aspect in Troops if you take the Phoenix Lord would be a bit much (the resurgence of the thirty-Dark-Reaper army would cause problems), but I don't see anything wrong with making Aspects scoring if you have the Phoenix Lord.
