1) Can artillery run?

2) Can Eldar Vaul's Wrath Support Batteries move and shoot? I heard somewhere they can, but checked the Eldar codex and they do not have the relentless special rule, and Artillery rules on p.46 of the BRB says you cant shoot if you moved...

3) Battle focus only applies to the crewmen's shuriken catapults, right?

GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

That way,then left

As long as you have a crewman for each weapon,
No. The heavy weapons platforms in Guardians may, no artillery may shoot if it moved (exception for the necron one from FW maybe)

1. Yes they can run as they aren't vehicles and still a crewman alive per Support Battery.
2. No they can't as they have nothing in their codex entry to overwrite the artillery rules in the BRB and this states if artillery move at all they cannot shoot that turn, naturally your crew still can.
3. Yes Battle Focus is only on the crewmen as specified in the codex, since the Vaul Support Batteries do not have this it means that unit cannot use the Battle Focus ability unless all Vaul Support Batteries are destroyed and only the crew are left.

@B0B MaRlEy - Not even the Necron Sentry Pylons can do that as standard but they could easily be joined by an Overlord or named HQ character with the Phaeron rule thus giving the unit relentless.
