Well, as promised, here's a thread of some of my colouring in:

Rather than post a whole bunch of stuff you might have already seen, I'll just add new stuff as it happen. I'll also post a couple of pics from the book too - so you can see digitised versions of the painted models.

Cheers all,

Luke

Here's some Infinity terrain painted for the SPAWN games club. Didn't take too long actually, and there's a tonne of it there:

Going to add some freehand graffiti when my SOTAR is up and running. More on the Facebook page as always!

Looks good, though considering those White Scars are a commission I'd be appalled at the gaps not being filled in on the assault cannons nor the heavy bolters being drilled out.

Other than that, great stuff.

This was a painting commission only - he knew what he was getting back.

What about what I replied with? As much as we'd all like every model to be 100% whizz bang, unpaid overtime isn't something most people flock to.

It's too bad your clients couldn't pay for a better quality primarch job; you're definitely good enough to do them justice :(

Sadly the Primarchs were China Forge and were rubbish - most of the painting time went into fixing errors in the casting and most of the extra detail bits fell off under the pressure of the airbrush. Why you'd go cheap on display models I don't know...

Some stuff... We've done loads lately, but it's all been rushing by.

Thanks blokes - not everything that goes up will be amazing - those Bolt Action guys are 20 mins from box to finished - but we do get some jobs where we can really spend some time and that is the stuff we all want to see.

Cheers,

Luke
