I wouldn't go that far. 3 Line Kazaks, one of which being the Lt, is enough to keep your opponent guessing. Just don't leave him in a hole every game, otherwise it gets pretty obvious. I run a pair of Ghulam to play the Lt shell game, and I find even 2 is enough.

For a starter 200pt army, 3 Kazaks with one as the Lt is all you need to protect him.
