Yes and no. 90% is what you own, but it is now filed with selections of new art, primarily from the Black Library cover artist Neil Roberts. Also, the story has been updated to the new version of the heresy that has developed since the books started.

I'm not 100%, but i would say yes. I haven't looked through the collected visions book in awhile. I have the limited edition version of visions of heresy, which is two volumes. Together they are much larger than the original collected works, so perhaps it is all there.

so some art got lost when making the transition between the 2 original volumes and collected visions, but my question is whether more art got lost when making the transition between collected visions and visions of heresy?
edit: nevermind, now I understand what you meant. didnt know the new book's limited edition is 2 volumes...
