I'm still tweaking, but this is what I have built so far. I've come a long way since the Dark Vengeance box set. Up to 1,700 points right now. Does it look balanced? I guess the general strategy will be to put the knights in the land raider and try to move them up. Precision deep strike Belial with 5 or should I use all 10 terminators so they get twin-linked in that turn. I would put the Librarian with the Devastator squad to use the power field generator for 4+ invul save (try to keep them stationary and shooting). The tactical squad is the floater.

HQ: Belial - 190

HQ: Librarian -155
Mastery level 2
Power field generator

Elites: DW Knights - 245
Relic of Unforgiven

Troops: Terminator Squad 1 - 245
Assault cannon
Chainfist

Terminator Squad 2 - 245
CML

Tactical Squad x 10 - 195
Veteran Sergeant
Plasma pistol, cannon, gun (came with DV, stuck at this point)

Heavy Support: Devastator Squad x 5 - 135
Multi-melta, missile launcher, 2x las cannon

Land Raider Crusader - 290
Dedicated transport
Multi-melta

Not sold on the Multi-melta in the Dev squad or the Vet Sarge upgrade in the Tactical squad - I'd suggest dropping the Vet and replacing the multi-melta with another Lascannon (presumably limited by models?).

With Belial, it depends how often you see plasma cannons (or equivalents) on the other side of the board - a Leman Russ Executioner will make a mess of 11 terminators clumped together. I'd suggest keeping them at 5's. Decide who to DWA Belial with depending on opponent - if you suspect you'll need a CML shot to the rear armour of something do that, otherwise put him with the AC and CF and DS the CML somewhere safe (long range on the unit) or start with it on the board (looses you TL, but spaces you out against plas cannons). Also the option of piling him in with the Knights.

That much deathwing is hard to justify on that list, they're excellent to drop behind the enemy, and the knights are great for assaulting out of the land raider. but that leaves your greenwing undermanned for bringing up the rear with their limited mobility. If you want a split list go with Azrael to take Ravenwing/Deathwing. All of the bikes come with beacon so you won't miss your drops, and they will be fast enough to provide support to your termies.

As far as weaponry goes, CML is good, and with the DW Assault rule makes it much more dangerous on the drop, considering you can split fire him into a vehicle while your termies can mow down some infantry.

AC is excellent on the drop, and can chew through some lighter vehicles if it needs to, and rips apart infantry.

If you are going to go with that small amount of greenwing, I would change all those devs to las cannons, let the tac squad deal with infantry while giving both squads divination bonuses from your Lib. TH/SS Belial and throw him in with the knights to assault out of the gate in that massive AP magnet of a land raider. and hope for an excellent alpha strike with your DW that are dropping in.

If you know you're going to go up against a heavy mechanized list, you'll find that the deathwing aren't suitable for the occasion. Might want to pick up some back up models to change your list around a little bit.

Also you don't need to vet.sgt the DV model. and I do recommend replacing him with a regular bolter/Combi(insert weapon here) marine, paint him up to make him stand out and you'll have a much more viable sergeant for the Dark Angels.
