I may be off here because I'm newly back in the game after missing a few editions but I run ultramarine a with DA allies. I found the terminators are better on the dark angel side. You could skip the drop pod for them because they're deathwing and can arrive on turn 1; also treating everything as twin-linked for that turn is a huge help. Another thing I noticed with the terminators is I need to get mine into melee ASAP or they get throttled by the enemy. The next turn in melee makes the assault cannon a waste of points for me because my goal is melee to melee and they are good at wrecking HQ units. Just my opinion but I would ditch the drop-pod, spend an extra 20 points on deathwing instead, and have a few extra points for an upgrade somewhere.

Belial only makes Terminators Scoring if he's in the Primary Detachment :(

Knowing this, all my hopes of Salamander Drop Pods allied with Deathwing Assault on Turn1 quickly diminished.
