Well, the army is too elite heavy. I'd keep Lynchgard, Deathmarks, and Crypteks for large point game.
At smaller pt games you need numbers. An Annihilation Barge is good, two would be better. The Monolith lost an edge. The troops needs transports such as Night Scythes. They are one of the best transports in the game.

For me crypteks should always be upgraded to a harbinger of <insert your choice here> and if I have one I usually take at least another (different) harbinger, usually a veiltek, with them.

Lychguard were hit by the 6th edition assault beat stick so you may want to change them for something a little more shooty.

Deathmarks are usually one and done so you have to make sure that the unit they are targeting is a unit you really want to hurt. A rapid fire sniper rifle sounds like fun but other weapons will probably be more useful against a whole army rather than one unit.

My first 1k list had two ghost arks with 10x warriors each. At 24" you get 15 gauss flayer shots with everyone embarked. 30 shots at 12". That can do some serious damage at 1000 points, also bare in mind that it is AV13 until it takes a penetrating hit , it's a skimmer so it gets a jink save (need to double check that) and can regenerate your warriors once they disembark. That should make them a lot more survivable than MSU with res orbs.

Night scythes are great but if they get stuck in reserves you could find yourself with very little on the board at the most inconvenient time, especially in lower point games.

I'm pretty sure you can only take 1 type of harbinger per army?

or am I not

You are not.
(check the FAQ. You can take as many Harbingers of what ever kind you want, up to 5 per Overlord lvl HQ. The thing you're restricted on is the special wargear they're allowed to buy. Eg. You can take 5 Harbingers of Destruction, but only one of them can take a Solar Pulse. If you want two Solar Pulses, you need a second Overlord to unlock a second Royal Court, then get an additional Destruct-tek and give him the second Solar Pulse).
