Subject: 40K Current Competetiv Balance

I've been having a think and was wondering what the current competitive balance is really like if you play no holds barred 40k. Is there an answer to everything? How many competitive lists are there? That sort of thing. So I figured I'd make an internet game out of it I will post a "broken" thing, the person below me should post a counter, the person below them a counter to their counter etc.
Example: I post SeerStar, next perons post Shadowsword etc.
So, the first "broken" things is:

Um? What, I dont follow where your going with this.
In my games: Nob Bikers, I have yet to loose all of them in one game 4+ cover 4+ armor 5+ inv (cybork) and a 5+ FNP with a combi scortcha makes this unit of 7 nobs tough as nails and a warboss biker to boot!!

OK I am guessing my post was poorly explained. I was looking for the person after me to post something that can beat a Screamerstar, that is Screamers with Heralds and a 2++ rerollable. So something that can comfortably beat that.
Then the person following that should post something that can beat whatever beat the Scremerstar.

Probably outside the points range. But it can be dumbed down to reaver titan just fine. Also, because I have to say it: "WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY!"

play them against tau... ignore cover high ap weapons hurts my nob bikers alot, and i run a full squad

Dakka is the ork word for shooting, but the ork concept of shooting is saturation fire. Just as there is no such thing as a "miss" in a target-rich environment, there is no such thing as a "dodge" in a bullet rich one

Grey Knight Storm Ravens eat screamer stars for lunch. If your opponent has 2 of em, you might as well concede. Flying Circus daemons with Belkor also tend to make a mockery of screamer star.
Also, Nob Bikers are kind of a joke these days, they are decent in small units but they get run over by a lot of lists (Venom Spam in particular comes to mind).

Just look at the LVO standings for an idea of the current competitive format.
Lots of things can beat a screamerstar. Simply because that is only 1 part of the army.
