Hey! Here's my list; what do you think?
HQ:
Be'Lakor- 350 points
Chaos Lord- Burning Brand of S., power fist, Mark of Nurgle- 135 points
Company Command Squad- 50 points
Elite:
4 Terminators- (champion w/ power fist, lightning claw), power fist, mark of Tzeentch- 187 points
Troops:
6 Plague Marines- 2 melta guns-164 points
6 Plague Marines- 2 melta guns, power fist- 189 points
10 Veteran Guardsmen- 70 points
Fast Attack:
Heldrake- baleflamer- 170 points
Heavy Support:
Vanquisher- Pask, Lascannon- 220 points
Vindicator- demonic possession, combi bolter, dozer blades- 145 points
Dedicated Transports:
Land Raider- dirge caster- 240 points
Rhino- dozer blades- 40 points
Rhino- dozer blades- 40 points
General Tactics: typically, I'll send my landraider through the center of of the field supported by Be'Lakor's invisibility power. Be'lakor (my HQ) will be either behind it or relatively nearby. For the two PMs, they'll charge up on both flanks while supported by both heavy choices from the rear. My Chaos Lord will ride alongside the squad without the fist, therefore giving both squads potential to win a melee challenge. Finally, my IG squadrons will either hold a rear objective, or protect the rear of the vehicles from outflankers.

I gotta say, I'm not quite understanding the inclusion of IG here.
Your CCS and Veterans won't be doing much but hiding and dying without any weapons or transports, so the only real thing IG is bringing is the Pasquisher
If you're bringing IG because you're in need of some Anti-tank, I must say, as appealing as the Pasquisher sounds, it's not all that stellar. 220 points for two high strength AP2 hits at best is only "decent" and definitely overpriced with the mediocre survivability of Leman Russes.
Also, I'd say you're safe to drop the Power Fist from your Plague Marine squad. Those points are better spent elsewhere, as they aren't a CC squad.
Now, the points spent on your IG Contingent, plus the points from that dropped powerfist would free up 365 points. You could retool those into:
Lord Commissar
-2 Plasma Pistols
-Carapace Armor
100 points
Veteran Squad
-2 Plasma Pistols on Sergeant
-3 Plasma Guns
135 Points
Vendetta
-3 Twin-Linked Lascannons
130 points
I think you'll find that not only is this (Scoring) unit more maneuverable and thus able to capture backfield objectives the rest of your list might struggle with, but as a whole, you are getting 10 Plasma Shots from the Vet/Commissar Squad at 12"
As well as 3 Twin Linked Lascannon shots (Which is slightly superior in damage output to the Pasquisher, as well as being less likely for it's chassis to get killed thanks to being a flyer)
Being that your list is low on Anti-TEQ, the "Drop them off wherever I want" Plasma squad will help you fill that gap, and the Vendetta gives you a more mobile, more survivable alternative to the pricy Pask Vanquisher.

Good advice above on your Traitor Guard. Nurgle CSM seriously lack the serious offensive power to take down high armor targets.
Don't take just one vindicator, you will be disappointed. Take two, if not three, or none at all.
Take rhinos on your Plague Marines. Their role is to race to midfield, sit on an objective, and dare your opponent to charge them or shoot them off it.
Your 450 point deathstar of 4 terminators of tzeentch in a land raider is really underwhelming compared to, say, a flying hive tyrant, which isnt even 250 points. Traitor Assault Terminators do not begin to compare to their loyalist counterparts. They are different, treat them as such. Find another deathstar

Couldn't he drop the "termie-star" and the land raider and add a bike to his nurgle lord and five chaos spawn with MoN. That would be a much more efficient unit. That leave you with 250 to mess around with as well as having an immune to ID fast assault unit with a lot of wounds. You could add the second and third Vindicators with those points.
