Hey guys, I wanted to try and do the same on my hammerhead but I dont know the colours, any help is appreciated.

Well lets assume they are all Citadel paints.

I would say the red is either, Khorne Red or Wazdakka Red

The dark grey is maybe Warpfiend Grey.

The blue grey is probably Ultuan Grey or Fenrisian Grey.

The light grey is probably Administratum Grey

If you stuck to those I think it would look pretty much spot on
