Take a Land Raider. Paint it black. Put some Inquisitorial =I='s on it. There, you have a Land Raider owned by the Inquisition, probably driven by their Grey Knight Space Marines.

Well as landraiders used to be for the IG as well pre?heresy
I cant see it being impossible for normal humies to operate.
as inquisitors can pretty nearly do whatever they want, they can probably acquire one or 2.
It would also look like a landraider though minus the space marine gunner on the multimelta. probably with all flavors of scrolls purity seals and whatever the inquisitor wanted to chuck on.

It's just the bog-standard LR with the common variants - and the psybolt and psyflame special ammo from Codex: Grey Knights. The good thing about codex: inquisition is being able to take them without the special snowflake marines in silvery armor, really (and hidden goodies like the revamped priests and some not-so-hidden ones like valkyries).

You need to get the book. We cannot give out points cost or rules on Dakka. It's a legal thing. Probably.

An expensive but powerful Deathstar:
A Xenos Inquisitor (For Rad Grenades and Prescience), a Malleus Inquisitor (Whom you deck out in all the CC gear you can take, I like 2 Demonblades or else Terminator Armor and the Force Hammer Thing,) 3-4 Priests, 3-4 Assassins, and 3-4 Crusaders. The Assassin's in the Inquisitor book can still take a Power Axe/Maul combo.
Between everything, in combat everyone has a rerollable armor, rerollable to hit, rerollable to wound. A crapload of AP2 and 3 and 4, good strength attacks.
And then, you take a Land Raider Crusader in order to get positively silly damage output at range, too.

They are listed as specifically having Power Swords. Unless there was an update I am unaware of.

Depends. If he takes Psychic Powers (Either Hammerhand or Prescience) he can buff them quite a bit. Unless he has either Psychic Powers or Rad Grenades, though, he's not adding anything to the squad.
Which is why the ideal combination is two Inquisitors, preferably Coteaz and a Xenos inquisitor. 3+ Priests, 4+ Assassins, and several Crusaders. The Inquisitors supply +2 S to the squad (Use Hammerhand with both of them, take Prescience with Coteaz's second power). -1 T to their enemies (Rad Grenades), re-rolls to Hit (Prescience), and Coteaz is pretty damned powerful in Close Combat too. The Crusaders provide ablative 3+ invulns. The first Priest gives re-rolls to Wound in Close Combat. The second Priest gives re-rolls to Armor Saves in close combat. Every Priest beyond that gets S10 Smash attacks, as long as you bought them a Power Maul. The Assassins then cause mass damage, with either Mauls (Against 4+ or worse saves,) or Axes.
My ideal squad is 6 Assassins, with 4 of each Axes, Mauls, and Swords between them. 3 Priests, and 3 Crusaders. (Or 4 Priests and 2 Crusaders, if facing a really high number of T6 enemies who could use insta-gibbing.)
To recap: On the charge, you have: (All of these re-roll to hit AND wound)
Up to 16 S8 AP4 Attacks, 16
Up to 16 S7 AP2 Attacks, I1
Up to 16 S6 AP3 Attacks, 16
(Pick any 24 of the above)
6 S5 AP3 Attacks, I1
6 S8 AP4 Attacks, I3
3 S10 AP2 Attacks, I3
5 S5 AP3 Attacks, I4, Force Weapon
4 S8 AP2 Attacks, I1, Force Weapon
NOTHING will survive this. Absolutely nothing.
MAAAYBE Screamerstar, actually. Nothing except Screamerstar.
The problem is, the transport to deliver it is 260 points, (Though it does pack an amusingly powerful punch itself, with +1 Strength to all its Bolters,) and the squad itself is something like 600 points. Since you probably won't make it to assault until turn 2 or 3, and it is vulnerable (At least a little bit) to ranged attacks, it probably won't be making its points back. It's just too slow, and can only reliably kill 1 unit a turn, before having to stand and take fire. (Not to mention damage from Overwatch.)
When the rules update in a few months and GW Heavily over-corrects towards Assault, though, who knows. (Assuming that they do, you know, heavily over-correct towards Assault. I wouldn't be surprised.)

Not in the Inquisition book. (Unless there was an update that *I* am unaware of.) Yes in the Sisters book, no in the Inquisition book.

This idea is too cool not to happen.
If someone complains, just point to it and say "it's an inquisitor's land raider". That should be argument enough.

Inquisition assassins have 2 power swords. If your version doesn't, you need to update it.
