Lately I've been on a chaos walker kick, so here's some of the lumbering brutes in various stages of completion.

Here's a monster I just Frankensteined. Gunna use him as a blood slaughterer, who got pretty awesome rules in IA:Apoc 2013. I have the parts for a brother as well, because they can be squadded.




He ended up looking like Baal from diablo2, which is cool.


My chaos contemptor with butcher cannon.


And my Brazen Bull of Khorne, maulerfiend. Just gotta do up the base.

I don't say the first two creations are not good but that Brazen Bull is awesome! I've been pondering how to convert those front legs (in order to make something more hound like) and what you have done here is brilliant. The head also, fits really well with the rest of the model and the paintjob is pretty damn spiffy. Great stuff

I recognize some of the bits in the first model (which is far and away the best of the bunch) but not all of them. Any chance of getting a parts list?

The upper body of the 1st creation is a Talos. The heads from a defiler. The legs and lower body i'm not sure about. Could be Necron parts or maybe 3rd party bits. Possibly puppetswar bits. The flaily arms are from the Talos too I think.

Great work on all three accounts, I particularly like your fiend, what's that head from?

I think the contemptor is the best, I want to see more of it. It might be because I've been obsessed with machinery lately, but It's the best one to me. The other two are really interesting as well.

Alright, parts breakdown:

Blood Slaughterer (not the most elegant name)
Torso/hips: DE Talos with tank-hatch ring for mount.
Head: Defiler Mask
Tentacle arms: Maulerfiend lasher tendrils
There's also Sentinel exausts on the back, and a maulerfiend melta-cutter armour thing on the front.
Legs: Robogear Spider (robogear is cheap and pretty crappy, but they do have a few really cool bits, like various mech legs)


Contemptor
Torso: Ork Dred, with front plate from WFB Chaos Chariot.
Head: nother Defiler mask with horns from some WFB kit. Gorget bits are from Dragon Ogres I think.
Forgefiend hades autocannon (butcher cannon)
Legs: Mauler/Forgefiend with Sentinel feet
Punchy arm: GK Dreadknight arm with Maulerfiend hand and shoulder pieces.

Maulerfiend Bull:
Front legs: Sentinel legs mounted backwards
Head: WFB Beastman Ghorgon
Tail: DE Talos with Ogre club on the tip.
The photo perspective is sorta wacky and looks like he has a giant head, but it's actually fairly well proportioned.

It's been in other threads, but here's my one finished walker of the bunch, their big, slow, hic cousin.

I have to say man, I really love your stuff. In my mind I see defiler more than soulgrinder (but they are basically the same anyways). Seriously awesome though.

These are very impressive, particularly the soul grinder and the bull. Very natural conversions.
