So in the new army book it says that the dwarf high king has 4 attacks and then his throne guards seem to have four attacks each. Does anyone interprit this differently, because if im right that one model has twenty attacks?

Without actually owning the book I'm willing to bet the Throne guards are represented by a single profile. In which case the 4 attacks represent all the throne guards, not each one individually.

The throne guard bit is for ALL the throne guards - that's why it gives 4 wounds and 4 attacks.

Reread, it states that is the combined profile

How I wish that my War-Litter was giving me +4 wounds and +4 to my armour save ... after all, it's 4 SVermins carrying it
Otherwise, the comments are correct, one profile for the whole group of throne-bearers

I'm totally cool with letter the skaven get the game +4 wounds, +2 armor save, and 4+ ward from the litter... If you also up the cost to 650 points, which makes it unplayable in most games.

And don't forget a weapon that wounds anything on a 2+/3+ as well ! At S4 though ...
I think GW design team still didn't understand that Armour Save is king in 8th Ed

The Throne is not great, regular Shieldbearers on the other hand ...
