This is going to sound like a really dumb question, but I've been flipping through the Rulebook and the Eldar codex and I can't find a mention of it, but I know it's a tactic that people use. A page reference is all I need, thanks!

(I'm using the eBook version of the codex)

(Behemoth - 2,000 Points Painted)

(Alpha Legion - 2,000 Points Painted)
- Favourite Opponent - Local RTT Dec. 2018

(Vior'la Sept - 1,000 Points Painted)
- Medusa V Veterans, Konor Veterans

(Steel Legion - 1,000 Points Painted)

Usually they are adding Baron Sathonyx from the DE codex to the unit, and he has Hit and Run...

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

He's probably using the mantle item which gives him shrouding hit and run etc.

Shard is better than Firesabre for this setup, me thinks.

And the Laser Lance is better than both. And so cheap!

Personally the best assassin weapon is celestial lance from Iyanden, unfortunately you can't use that and the mantle together, it would be hilarious

I'd take Shard Lance fusion and banshee mask. That way you can pick off small units, pop tanks and in a pinch have a go at a Daemon Prince

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com
