Can you list a full model count? It would help us make the most competitive for your points.
But if this is the only models you currently posses then it looks good, only options are to drop 1 unit of x5 avengers for DL/Hf on serpent and another SL on each WL.

Serpents are needed for the avengers, at least 2 of them. War walkers with all scatters are also great at removing whole units at a time and played correctly with battle focus, are fairly durable. At 750 the walkers become an auto include for me.
I came second out of 80 people with farseer, 2x10 guardians in serpents (SL, SC) and 3 walkers with star/scatters. Dire avengers would save points to spend on the farseer.

Executing Exarch
|
Dire avengers can work very well on foot, but only if you run 10 man teams. 5 man teams are too easy to kill and don't do enough damage. Your farseer is best as a force multiplier for 10 man squads. Exarchs with shimmershields are decent upgrades if you have points.
Fire dragons are probably overkill at 500, maybe even at 750. If you want them they really need to be meched up. The exarch is usually not needed-5 naked dragons do the job fine. If you really want the exarch, drop the pike. Fast shot+exarch is marginally cheaper than another dragon, and is BS5. Iron resolve is dirt cheap for the bonus you get, so consider it with spare points.
Serpents need scatter lasers and holo fields. If you have a lot, you could toss the holo fields but keep the scatter lasers.
Wraithlords are okay, but they need two guns. Dual lances, dual scatter, scatter/star, scatter/shuri and even dual shuri can work. The lance, scatter/star and dual scatter are my favorite. Always take dual flamers on the wrists, glaives optional.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

As normal Serling has good advice, though its not hard for eldar to dominate small games with how strong most of their units are.
But since this is all casual just take what you like/feel suits you.

Thanks for the advice, as of now ill combine the two 5 man avengers squad into one unit and equip the wraith lords better. I may also drop the fire dragons in the 500 point list in favor of.something else. Ill be dropping their exarch.
